Interdependent Living Solutions Center, Inc. is a non-profit 501(c)(3) organization serving the South Chicago and South Suburban Chicago area. ILSC provides permanent shared supportive housing developments that offer private and shared rooms with an array of personal support services for residents in a home setting.
 
Genesis Place is our premier facility located in a residential setting that is designed to improve, facilitate and maintain special needs senior' self esteem, self-worth, and independence. Genesis Place was created to prevent premature institutionalization and provide a viable alternative housing for seniors at risk to substandard housing, isolation, and homelessness.

The long-range goal of ILSC is to replicate Genesis Place in the city of Chicago and throughout the suburban areas, making affordable supportive housing a viable option for all elderly individuals, regardless of their financial status and/or resources.
